Expo Volunteers Needed
Help ADSW prepare and run its annual Art Deco Expo. We need volunteers in many areas, including:
- Contact antique dealers, interior designers, preservation architects, etc. to sell program advertisements
- Distribute display cards to antique malls, book stores, etc.
- Check in dealers and direct them to their spaces on June 11
- Place directional signs on the streets near Northern Virginia Community College on June 11
- Greet shuttle passengers at Judiciary Square, collect fares, and coordinate the shuttle schedule on June 12
- Sell tickets at the Expo, provide directions to customers, and sell memberships on June 11-12
- Direct traffic as dealers load out after the Expo on June 12
- Retrieve signage after the Expo on June 12
Volunteers at the Expo will receive free admission. Volunteering during the show is a great way to show off your vintage attire.
